Prices:

Prices are listed by the ounce and style of yarn. If you have any questions regarding a yarns' quality or style, please contact me and I can give you more detailed information.

Payments:

At this time I accept Pay Pal (both funded and credit card) and money orders. Payments must be received within 24 hours or items will be restocked. In-stock items will be shipped within about 3 business days of cleared payment, and will be shipped to the address provided by Pay Pal unless we are otherwise notified with payment.

Shipping:

Shipping prices are listed for US addresses (including APO's). If you would like an exact shipping quote, please do not hesitate to ask for one.

Returns:

I will accept returns on unused, unwashed and unaltered in-stock items if there are any gross misrepresentations of your item (customer pays return shipping). Please contact me within 48hrs of receiving item to make arrangements for return. Refund will be issued once item is received by me.

Yarn: Please make note of approximate yardage and gauge information prior to ordering. Yarn may not be returned once it has been cast on.

Diapering items: Please measure your child carefully to ensure you are ordering the correct size, I will list all measurements at rest. Returns on any custom items will be on a case by case basis only.

Custom Work:

Occasionally custom yarn and wool slots will be available. I am happy to create to your specifications however I am unable to re-create a WAHM’s colorways – you are welcome to describe colors, etc. but I will not ‘take’ another’s hard work as I hope my work is also respected by other WAHMs and artists.

Finishing Touches:

All completed items will arrive to you freshly washed and lanolized with organic wool wash by Naturally Luxe.
